Lead Front-End Developer

We are looking for a skilled Lead Front-End Developer to join our team and take charge of crafting dynamic, user-focused interfaces.

This role focuses on delivering scalable front-end solutions and fostering team collaboration to build high-quality applications. You will oversee projects centered on performance, usability, and innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and reusable front-end solutions that align with project needs
  • Collaborate with designers and back-end teams to ensure cohesive visual and functional integration
  • Optimize systems to achieve superior runtime efficiency and performance
  • Build and maintain robust Single Page Applications (SPAs) with an emphasis on clean architecture
  • Transition legacy codebases to new frameworks and updated standards
  • Review designs to ensure consistency and deliver user-friendly experiences
  • Contribute to the development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) to improve functionality and user engagement
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to maintain reliable and stable codebases
  • Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and integrate best practices into the workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end software development
  • At least 1 year of experience managing and leading development teams
  • Background in designing scalable, multi-tenant front-end systems to create rich user experiences
  • Expertise in Progressive Web Application (PWA) development
  • Skills in CSS to optimize and style front-end platforms
  • Capability to evaluate and refine designs with detailed attention without formal design training
  • Showcase of experience working on large-scale SPAs, prioritizing performance optimization and CI / CD workflows
  • Proficiency in updating legacy codebases to align with modern development standards
  • Qualifications in automated testing and hands‑on contributions to frameworks like Playwright
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

    • Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure for hosting and integrating front-end applications
  • Understanding of REST API architecture and its integration with front-end systems
  • Knowledge of testing automation frameworks and foundational testing principles
