As a Fullstack Engineer, you will take full ownership of our platform's architecture and development, shaping the technological foundation of our fintech solutions. You'll work on building secure, scalable, and resilient platforms while mentoring team members and driving innovation. This is a leadership role for experienced engineers passionate about developing high-performance systems for the banking and financial industries.

What You Will Do :

• Platform Ownership : Lead the architecture, design, and development of the client's platform, ensuring its scalability, security, and reliability.
• Technical Leadership : Guide best practices in software engineering, mentor the development team, and drive high-quality code standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with the company's roadmap.
• Integration Management : Lead integrations with major financial institutions and third-party providers, ensuring seamless data flows and user experiences.
• Scalability & Optimization : Identify bottlenecks and optimize platform performance for high transaction volumes and data-intensive operations.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure the platform adheres to financial regulations like PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and GDPR, maintaining robust security practices.
• Innovation : Evaluate and implement new tools and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities and development efficiency.
