They’re building the next generation of PRM : an intuitive, automated platform that streamlines onboarding, engagement, and deal tracking—replacing outdated tools with technology built for scale. About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to work closely with the Founders and leadership team to ensure the business runs efficiently and scales smoothly. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role for someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and driving execution across teams. You’ll touch many areas of the business : sales, customer onboarding, account management, and internal operations, helping to turn ideas into measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Founders to translate goals into actionable operational plans.
- Lead and improve key processes across departments (sales, onboarding, customer success, data tracking, CRM optimization).
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to increase efficiency and accountability.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Bring a proactive, ownership-driven mindset—anticipating problems and taking initiative to solve them.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or business management, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup.Experience working with U.S. or Canadian companies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-thinking skills.Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Based in LATAM and comfortable working U.S. hours.Why You’ll Love Working Here
