About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to work closely with the Founders and leadership team to ensure the business runs efficiently and scales smoothly. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role for someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and driving execution across teams. You’ll touch many areas of the business : sales, customer onboarding, account management, and internal operations, helping to turn ideas into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Founders to translate goals into actionable operational plans.
• Lead and improve key processes across departments (sales, onboarding, customer success, data tracking, CRM optimization).
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Bring a proactive, ownership-driven mindset—anticipating problems and taking initiative to solve them.
