About This Job

As a Sr. Financial Analyst you will report to one of our Managers of Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”). You will play a critical role in the monthly forecasting and annual planning of financials and metrics. This role focuses on Casago’s operating short and long‑term forecasting, operational reporting, and operating performance analysis. This will be a fast‑paced role with ample opportunity to interact with many functions of the company and provide an excellent foundation to learn about our company and the FP&A function.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with the development, management, and improvement of financial models, forecasts, and budgets; coordinate with leadership across business units to set goals.
• Partner cross‑functionally to understand the accounting treatment of various transactions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Focus on complex problem solving and building predictive models, as well as ad‑hoc analysis to support key business decisions.
• Provide accurate and timely operational reports and analysis to the Executive Team and business stakeholders to support and drive strategic decisions.
• Build and automate reporting of weekly and monthly financial performance compared to budget and forecast.
• Compare actual results with forecast; analyze, explain variances and identify opportunities and risks and actions to remediate.
• Use quantitative skills to break down large data sets and identify underlying trends and business drivers.

Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Maintain and update revenue and expense forecasts.
