You Are :

You are a passionate and resourceful engineer who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments. You have a strong foundation in software engineering, with a particular interest in operating systems, portability, and performance optimization. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and are eager to learn and adapt as technology evolves. Your experience with Unix / Linux systems, C / C++ programming, and scripting languages enables you to tackle a wide range of problems, from low-level debugging to high-level architectural decisions. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality. You value clear communication and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Your proactive approach to process improvement and your commitment to meeting deadlines make you a reliable contributor to any project. What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting, debugging and providing solutions for build-time issues related to code, tools and infra.
• Porting software across diverse operating systems and hardware architectures, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Technically lead a group of junior engineers on completing build and porting tasks.
• Analyzing moderately complex problems and identifying effective solutions based on established patterns and best practices.
• Independently resolving build and runtime performance issues using standard engineering approaches and tools.
• Collaborating closely with managers and cross-functional engineering teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Setting clear task-level goals, consistently meeting deadlines, and communicating progress effectively to stakeholders.
• Following established engineering processes and proactively suggesting improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
