A DAY IN THE LIFE

Drive the omnichannel strategy of the division, ensuring healthcare professionals have the best experience across all touchpoints. Your day involves strategic planning, innovation, and execution : defining cycle plans with sales leadership, piloting new CRM tools, or analyzing KPIs to optimize ROI.

You will balance creativity with precision—designing engaging digital medical content, coordinating newsletters, webinars, and websites, and maintaining message consistency. You will work daily with cross-functional teams and external agencies, turning insights into impactful campaigns.

  • Define and implement the division’s omnichannel strategy aligned with medical visit and communication plans.
  • Map healthcare professionals’ decision-making journey and identify online / offline touchpoints by target.
  • Develop and manage Omnichannel Cycle Plans with sales management.
  • Lead digital tool implementation (websites, CRM, e-detailing, newsletters, webcasts, social media).
  • Create the digital medical hub for the division and brands.
  • Coordinate content and service editorial calendars across channels.
  • Integrate digital content into CRM (emails, sales aids, webinars, education content, congresses).
  • Monitor and analyze channel KPIs (reach, engagement, frequency vs. face-to-face).
  • Propose optimizations to maximize ROI, prescriptions, and recommendations.
  • Ensure internal team training and adoption of omnichannel tools.
  • Lead digital innovation projects and support paid / owned strategy excellence (SEO, tagging, optimization).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and agencies, maintaining ethical standards in all healthcare professional interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Curious and task-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with SAP.
