Overview
Product Manager role at Ria Money Transfer, a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. This role leads the Public Site, ri amoneytransfer.com, including all SEO-focused pages, marketing content, and the broader web experience across desktop and mobile. The objective is to make the site faster, clearer, more useful, and easier to discover. You will experiment, optimize, and influence the stack and tooling used across the Public Site, balancing speed, flexibility, and visibility. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing, acting as the connective tissue between content strategy, technical delivery, and business performance.

What You’ll Do
Identify and Prioritize
- Analyze performance data, search trends, and user behavior to uncover opportunities.
- Partner with Content and SEO specialists to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Translate insights into clear product bets that are measurable, testable, and aligned with business impact.
Drive Execution
Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development.Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality features.Maintain momentum by managing trade-offs and removing blockers.Own the Metrics
Drive improvements in traffic, bounce rate, page engagement, and conversion.Run experiments and phased rollouts, and apply insights to iterations.Focus on meaningful gains and sustainable performance, not vanity metrics.Coordinate and Align
Plan for compliance, legal, and operational needs early to move fast without sacrificing quality or user experience.Build alignment by explaining the “why” behind decisions.Work with regional teams to support local needs without compromising the core experience.Ensure alignment with company strategy; make trade-offs and opportunity costs visible to stakeholders.What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in product or roles related to managing and optimizing public-facing websites (e.g., growth, SEO, performance marketing).Based in Santiago, Chile, or willing to relocate; available to work in-office at least Tuesday through Thursday.Fluent in English; strong written and spoken communication.Deep expertise in at least one of : product data, UX design, or inbound marketing.Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Hands-on with a bias for action; comfortable diving into details.Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior; clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.Proven ability to enable product growth through public-facing websites.Ability to switch between strategy and execution; familiar with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, PostHog or Iterable.Curious about new apps and what makes them work or not.Perks & Benefits
