You will lead the product engineering team that helps our customers find new relationship qualified leads to grow their business, playing a crucial role in both technical leadership and team management.

What you'll do

• Build a team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
• Work with Product Management to define the roadmap, MVP, and key metrics of the product.
• Collaborate with Architects and team leads to define the right architecture for the product.
• Manage software engineers, including career growth, talent management, and team practices.
• Be involved with the development and testing of features across teams.
