Here's what you need to know about this position : THE WORK Manage and maintain the client's website, ensuring content is up to date, functional, and aligned with brand standards. Oversee social media channels and coordinate content calendars in collaboration with creative teams. Lead the production of internal decks, case studies, promotional assets, and marketing materials that highlight the client's work and culture. Own the process for internal projects such as SEO / GEO initiatives, website enhancements, and content campaigns. Use Notion to plan, track, and execute projects across phases, ensuring structure and accountability. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency and creative output. Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives. Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure quality outcomes. Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital presence and internal processes. Generate and present project progress updates to key stakeholders. NEEDED EXPERTISE 2–4 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience managing website content (WordPress preferred) and social media channels. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google Workspace). AI literacy with hands-on experience using AI tools to support productivity and creativity. Strong organizational and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of SEO / GEO principles and web optimization. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow within a creative agency environment.
