Cloud Business Development Manager - Named Accounts

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for : Cloud Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Continue to develop and grow a Huawei Cloud-focused in the assigned NA.
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with customers. Influence long‑term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner. Optimize the team for scale and growth by acquiring new customers.
  • Negotiate and manage entire sales‑cycles, often presenting to executives in corporate and global customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers, and Huawei Partners.
  • Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, pain‑point and landscape.

Professional Knowledge :

  • Experience working closely with marketing / sales development and partners.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales individuals, with effective leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying goals.
  • Business Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in sales management.
  • Experience working within the Infrastructure / Platform‑as‑a‑Service (IaaS, PaaS) market.
  • Working Location : Santiago, Chile
