As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling AI-powered platforms that enable organizations to deliver immersive, real-time training simulations. You will work across both backend and frontend systems, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven features. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, implement cloud-native solutions, and leverage LLM / AI technologies to create high-impact products. You will also participate in system migrations, performance tuning, and the deployment of scalable services on Azure and AWS. The position offers a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunities to influence technical strategy and mentor colleagues while delivering solutions that transform how users interact with AI-driven simulations.

Accountabilities :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services primarily using NestJS, Python, or Java.
• Support frontend development using ReactJS and JavaScript (approximately 20% of the role).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Contribute to migration projects, moving backend services from Java to NestJS.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based deployments and monitoring in Azure and AWS environments.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
