The Work You’ll Do

As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the Sovos Financial team, responsible for managing financial control across countries where Sovos has presence, with a special focus on LATAM. You’ll ensure the integrity of our financial operations by reviewing commercial contracts, managing billing schedules, and overseeing Sovos financial income streams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across borders.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Manage customer subscription data, ensuring accurate maintenance across internal systems and platforms
  • Analyze and approve new contracts and their financial impact, including reductions, upsells, and legacy implications
  • Ensure revenue recognition and billing are executed according to each agreement’s specific conditions, maintaining accurate data updates
  • Control project revenue including service requests, change requests, and other initiatives while reviewing invoicing to prevent duplicate charges
  • Maintain timely and accurate subscription data for customers, including opportunity renewals, billing, decommissioning, and mid‑term uplift amendments
  • Manage collections of outstanding invoices and unbilled revenue to optimize cash flow
  • Provide ad‑hoc reports based on internal and external stakeholder requests
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive financial best practices across the organization

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a financial‑based role (adjusted for senior level)
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
  • Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve for both internal and external customers
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments and projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Capability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams
  • Initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth
