Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development, including experience with C#, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks. In this role, you will lead a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing changes to our applications and services, while actively contributing to the overall architecture and design. You will collaborate closely with product teams and key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and key initiatives are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of API and cross-platform UX developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Architect and guide the development of scalable, secure, and reliable API solutions.
• Oversee and assist in migrating legacy platforms to newer scalable architectures with good design.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements.
• Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, deployment pipelines, and production support as needed.
• Drive the adoption of architectural patterns like microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design.
• Ensure compliance with data security, API governance, and documentation standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
