Finance Director VFS

What you will do

At Volvo Financial Services , you will contribute to transforming our company, the transport industry, and society at large.

You will lead the financial management of VFS Chile , ensuring business profitability, compliance with Volvo Group policies, and strong internal and external financial controls. You’ll be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.

You will also develop and implement funding and risk management strategies , support strategic decision‑making, and collaborate with the Managing Director, VFS regional teams, and global functions such as Treasury and Pricing. Your insights will help shape sustainable growth and long‑term financial performance in Chile.

Who are you?

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within financial services, leasing, or corporate finance environments.
• Strong command of financial planning, reporting, and compliance with local and international standards (IFRS).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make strategic decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency
