We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who combines creative storytelling, graphic design excellence, and data-driven marketing. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll create attention‑grabbing content, manage paid campaigns, analyze results, and turn insights into growth.
What You’ll Do
Creative Storytelling & Design (Top Priority)
- Develop ads, reels, and visual campaigns that make healthcare technology feel human.
- Design static and motion graphics for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads.
- Work closely with our team to ensure all creative assets are visually strong, on‑brand, and compliant.
- We’re looking for a real designer, not just someone using AI tools.
Paid Campaigns & Landing Pages
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).Build and A / B test high-converting landing pages (Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).Align ad creative with landing page storytelling to maximize conversions.Data & Analytics
Track performance across channels, analyze KPIs (CTR, CAC, LTV, etc.), and prepare weekly reports.Use Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize insights.Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Build and automate email flows for onboarding, nurturing, and reactivation.Write persuasive copy that reflects Cloudcure’s voice and mission.Influencer & Organic Growth
Identify healthcare creators and professionals for authentic collaborations.Support organic content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.What We’re Offering
