TSYS , a Global Payments company operating in over 75 countries, processes billions of card transactions annually. As part of our growth as a card processor in Latin America, we are seeking a Sales Manager in Chile.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Lead and prioritize the sales plan for card payment processing solutions in support of annual net revenue objectives.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with banks, issuers, and fintechs to understand their strategic priorities and deliver tailored payment solutions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Implementation, Finance and other departments to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes (in collaboration with the Compliance team) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct frequent strategic business reviews with customers, partners, managers, and merchant advocates to develop a substantial pipeline of new business opportunities and manage key relationships.
  • Represent TSYS at key industry events and forums, acting as a brand ambassador in the region.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, contributing to the overall regional growth strategy.
  • Create strategic engagement opportunities to grow referral partner client portfolios and implement retention and client experience plans.
  • Recommend sales strategies and tactics for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis; improve cross‑department alignment.
  • What Are We Looking For in This Role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Relevant experience or degree in a related field; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Experience as Sales Manager with large enterprise‑level accounts.
  • Experience in the payments industry (preferably with card processing solutions).
  • Advanced English level.
