Líder PMO - Senior - CL role at Imagemaker . Department : Operations. Location : Chile.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, planning and monitoring of the portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate projects to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and maintain project progress; report status in executive follow-up forums and ensure resources allocated to each project are utilized effectively.
• Develop project management methodologies that fit the bank’s structure and processes to ensure reliability of the project tracking process.
• Analyze metrics defined in project management and related areas to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure reliability of the project tracking process; document processes and best practices for continuity and efficiency of initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements across the project portfolio for regulatory adherence.
• Present reports and results in the different governance forums defined by Operations and Technology Management to ensure reliability of the project tracking process.
• Coordinate annual project identification for Operations, Financial Control and Technology to ensure initiatives with development costs are properly budgeted.
