Senior Project Manager (Ba / Pdm) (Contract, Remote)

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and / or Product Management. This individual will be responsible for the analysis, planning, and management of the improved business process implementation and automation on INFUSE internal projects. The idóneo candidate will have a blend of project and product management, technical, and analytical skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis for complex business-optimization projects across different independent departmentsLead change management efforts by ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout the project phasesTake ownership of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to reach the goals within the timelineCommunicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectationsAnalyze business needs, workflows, and processes, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirementsUnderstand product workflows and vision from top management and transform them into process improvements and automationIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing solutions, mitigation strategies, and change management plansCoordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the successful implementation and integration of business systems, processes, or technology solutionsMonitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomesPrepare business cases, present ideas to stakeholders, and manage them through all stages of implementation to support process optimization at the department and company levelCollect, analyze, and interpret data to support proposed solutionsDevelop and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to key stakeholders and senior managementMaintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within projectsQualificationsProven experience in leading and managing projects (4+ years)Proven experience in business analysis (3+ years)Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager is a mustStrong research and analytical skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsIn-depth experience in process analysis and optimizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholdersExperience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, data, and gap analysisInnovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingProficiency in building no-code / low-code prototypes to validate hypotheses in the early stages is a plusProven experience working with AI and implementing it into the products and / or business processes with proven results is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlinesProven track record of successful management of digital and operational business process improvement projectsWe offerOpportunity to work on great, innovative, and transforming projectsProfessional developmentCompetitive compensation in USDProfessional, friendly, fast-growing teamReduced Fridays during the summerEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
