Job Description

Propósito del rol

Dar soporte a la implementación de la estrategia de AMI en Chile, adaptando iniciativas al contexto local y asegurando la ejecución de planes orientados a HCP. El rol requiere coordinación con múltiples áreas y proveedores, con foco en organización, seguimiento y excelencia en la ejecución.

Principales responsabilidades

• Apoyar la implementación del Brand Plan de AMI en Chile : planificación y ejecución de programas de educación médica.
• Accountability por los proyectos educacionales de scope cross-funcional con equipos de Marketing, Medical Affairs, Ventas, Training, Compliance, Regulatoria, Legal y Finanzas, cuando corresponda.
• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con HCP, KOL y Speakers / Faculty, generando engagement y soporte a la estrategia de marca.
• Gestionar la logística y operación de eventos educativos (coordinación con agencias y proveedores), asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos.
• Dar seguimiento a KPI y métricas, consolidando reportes y optimizando recursos.
