Physician (Gastroenterology) with Recruitment / Relocation Incentive-EDRP

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System is currently recruiting for a Gastroenterologist located at the Audie L Murphy Memorial Hospital in San Antonio, TX.

Recruitment or Relocation Incentive may be authorized for a highly qualified candidate. This position is eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) .

Duties

This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT & will remain open until January 20, 2026 or until all positions are filled. The first cut-off date is October 17, 2025. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as-needed basis until positions are filled. Clinical Duties

The staff Gastroenterologist is expected to remain privileged and practicing in their specialty field. The exact privileges and procedures for a particular provider will be approved by the Professional Standards Board.
