Overview

Division CFO, Trilogy (Remote) — $400,000 / year USD

This is a full-time, remote executive finance leadership role focusing on building an AI-powered financial infrastructure for Trilogy’s education ventures. The role reports to senior leadership and involves ownership of finance operations, strategy, and execution in a fast-growing environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Crafting and evolving an AI-integrated financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures
  • Authoring strategic design decisions to streamline critical financial processes
  • Providing expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
  • Engaging in strategic discussions on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
  • Orchestrating large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance

  • Micromanaging monthly closing procedures or transaction approvals

    Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through hypergrowth, maximizing scalability and impact.

    Basic Requirements

  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership roles with demonstrable advancement
  • Proven executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity structures
  • Experience with at least 5 external audits with Big 4 firms
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English for executive engagement
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

  • Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworks
  • Experience developing finance automation or AI-enhanced workflows
  • Background in multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial operations

    Working with us

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is Contractors of Record through Crossover. Compensation is $200 USD / hour, equating to $400,000 USD / year with 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. For details, visit
