Per Diem Physical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a per diem physical therapist to join our world-class Acute Care Rehab team. As a member of our renowned physical therapy team, you will provide care for a diverse range of patients of all ages. Upon referral by a physician, you will evaluate patient condition, determine the appropriate treatment plan and set rehabilitation goals. Educating patients and family members on the most up-to-date approaches to the rehabilitation process will be an important part of this role. The commitment would be a minimum of 1-2 weekend days per month with an option of more hours if interested.

What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate patient condition upon physician referral and determine appropriate treatment plan.
• Set rehabilitation goals and educate patients and family members on rehabilitation approaches.
• Provide care as part of the Acute Care Rehab team; per diem, with weekend coverage.
• Commitment of 1-2 weekend days per month with the option of more hours if interested.

Compensation : The base pay scale for this position is $72.00 - $72.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The final salary will be determined based on various factors including scope of role, experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. This hiring range is a good faith determination at the time of advertisement and may be modified in the future.
