Overview

As a valuable contributor within the EPRM (Enterprise Performance & Risk Management) practice, this mid-level consulting position provides consistent quality and innovative solutions to the project team. Participates in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
Provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
Supports business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or can architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

Qualifications

Strong technical consultant with 5+ years of experience implementing EPM (Performance Management) / ERM (Risk Management) solutions for large Financial Institutions and / or Insurance clients.

Domain knowledge in two or more of the following : OFSAA ALM, Funds Transfer Pricing (FPT), Profitability (PFT), Market Risk, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity Risk Solution (LRM / LRS), IFRS 17, Regulatory Reporting Solution (RRS).

Banking and / or Banking Analytics experience with implementation experience of OFSAA products; solid experience with installation, design, configuration, setup for automation, test case development, solution validation, user training and Go-Live.

Ability to customize existing interfaces to meet client requirements; analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate / improve systems.

SDLC, Agile and cloud-based implementation experience.

Hands-on experience with OFSAA AAI, FSDF, GL Recon, and DIH.

Familiarity with Cloud Native Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, serverless compute, software-defined networking, IAM).

Knowledge of API standards (OpenAPI, RESTful APIs), JSON / JSON Schema.

Experience with multiple database technologies (RDBMS, Key / Value, Graph, Document).

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Shell Scripting, Java, Python, R).

Application deployment experience with WebLogic or similar web application servers.

Experience with similar products (e.g., SAP, SAS, Moody's, Wolters Kluwer, Axiom) is a plus. Ability to collaborate with Functional and Technical Consultants to deploy OFSAA products and integrate solutions into client environments.
