Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse AA within Gynaecology at NHS Fife. Permanent, full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of safe, effective and person‑centred care, enhancing the patient’s experience.
• Demonstrate proactivity, inspiration and motivation, leading and managing change through effective leadership.
• Show clinical expertise, continued professional development, good communication and leadership skills.
• Manage and develop performance of a team and work effectively as part of a multi‑professional / multi‑agency team.
