Descripción del trabajoBachelor\'s degree in engineering or equivalent 5+ years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the HSE field in electricity, thermal energy, fuel gas, hydraulic power production and supply industries. Construction safety management, especially high-risk operation management and controls. Basic ISO knowledge, auditing and inspection skills. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Fluent in English and Spanish. HSE - Health & Safety & Environment Supervisor
Location : Chile – Santiago and site
Responsibilities
- Site Operations Supervision : Monitor construction and operation activities at wind farms to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Implementation of HSE Policies : Implement the company’s HSE policies and procedures, ensuring their effective application on the ground.
- Training and Awareness : Organize training sessions on safety and environmental issues and raise awareness among staff about specific risks associated with wind activities.
- Incident Management : Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or accidents on site, ensuring immediate medical care and conducting a thorough investigation to identify causes.
- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare regular reports on site HSE performance, document incidents and corrective actions taken, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
