About this opportunity :
At WSP, we are looking for a Finance Lead to join our team to act as the key interface between the global Finance Program and regional Finance teams.
Overall accountability
The Regional Finance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that regional Finance requirements are properly defined, validated, and implemented within the global Finance Transformation Program. This includes coordinating communication, aligning processes, supporting testing and training activities, and ensuring business readiness across all countries in the Region.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Alignment
- Act as the primary liaison between the global Finance Program team and regional Finance stakeholders.
- Ensure that regional requirements are captured, documented, and prioritized in Jira or other program management tools.
- Align regional Finance processes with global standards, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
- Coordinate meetings, progress reviews, and communication between program and country teams.
Process & System Implementation
Participate in workshops and process design sessions to ensure regional needs are represented.Support end-to-end testing (SIT / UAT), including test case preparation, validation, and issue tracking.Collaborate with the other streams to ensure proper integration of Finance processes.Support data validation and migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Monitor post-implementation stabilization and assist in resolving defects or process deviations.Stakeholder Management & Communication
Facilitate information flow between countries, ensuring consistent understanding of project goals and timelines.Provide visibility of regional progress, risks, and dependencies to program leadership.Support change management and training activities to enable successful user adoption.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Finance community.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Systems roles, preferably within transformation or deployment projects.Hands‑on experience in system implementation or ERP deployment (Oracle, SAP or similar).Experience working in multinational organizations or with cross‑country operations; ability to navigate complex matrix structures.Strong understanding of Finance processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and FP&A).Experience in documenting and managing requirements through platforms like Jira or Confluence.Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and process quality.void c

Experience in change management and training coordination is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools (Teams, Power BI, SharePoint).Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).What we offer you :
