We are seeking growth-focused engineers with experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering to contribute across cloud platforms and modern infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with LATAM DevOps Practice to deliver cloud-based solutions for customers across innovative industries.
- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-availability, fault-tolerant, and secure infrastructure.
- Adapt and optimize infrastructure automation tools and adopt trending Open-Source solutions for IaC, CaC, Networking, and Security.
- Implement monitoring, alert, and escalation plans; work on integration with AI / ML-powered solutions where applicable.
- Architect modernization and migration projects at scale; ensure cost efficiency and security considerations are addressed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers as part of a collaborative cloud engineering environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer.Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP and core IaaS / PaaS services (IAM, VPC, NAT, Load Balancers, Compute, Object Storage, API Gateway, Functions, WAF, Database services).Strong Linux administration, networking (DNS, TCP / UDP, HTTPs / TLS), and troubleshooting skills.Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (EKS or vanilla), HELM, and managing self-managed clusters.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CDK) and Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack).Programming / scripting skills (TypeScript / Node.js, Go, Python, Bash).Experience implementing CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and deployment strategies.Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms (Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus) and cloud well-architected / cost-optimization principles.Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, quick learning, and critical thinking abilities.Experience with AI-based products and / or ML teams is a plus.You want to
