This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring best practices in development, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.ResponsibilitiesWork as a senior developer specializing in React (Frontend) or Node.js (Backend). Collaborate on developing and maintaining web applications and services.Participate in the full development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and support.Contribute to code reviews, and maintain high code quality and documentation standards.Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, support, and career development.Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, security, and best practices are followed across projects.Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring timely delivery.Must Have Qualifications5+ years of experience with React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend). Deep experience with using AI to generate code and iterate quickly on feature workStrong proficiency in English and technical communication.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.Experience working with startups or in fast-paced environments is a plus.2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.Proven ability to mentor and grow team members, and to foster a collaborative engineering culture.Strong decision-making skills, with experience in defining technical direction and aligning it with business goals.Nice to HaveExperience with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)Background in SaaS platforms or proptechScheduleMonday to Friday, between 9 AM to 6 PM EST.CompensationPaid in USDLocation100% remote opportunityIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
