We work closely with architects, engineers, and owners to deliver tailored BIM solutions that meet their unique needs.The RoleAs a BIM Electrical Specialist, you will create accurate BIM models for Electrical trade. Your role involves reviewing specifications and design information to ensure constructible and high-quality models. You will work autonomously, identifying and resolving conflicts during the modeling process and ensuring the final product meets client expectations.The ideal candidate will have expertise in : Mission-Critical Projects, such as data centers.Electrical Installations for residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities.Key Responsibilities : ? Modeling and Design : Develop accurate electrical models using relevant software. Utilize Revit or similar tools where applicable. Review and Analysis : Analyze project documents, such as discipline specifications and submittals, to ensure high-quality, accurate, and constructible designs. ? Conflict Resolution : Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling process and throughout project coordination to meet client requirements. Experience : At least 6 years of experience in electrical design and modeling? Software Skills : Revit or AutoCAD experience is highly desirable. ? Experience working on field and Familiarity with NEC Standards. Education : A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
