What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of product designers. Support their growth, track their performance, and motivate them to do their best work
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Define and improve design operations. Ensure effective workflows, scalable systems, and strong cross-functional alignment
• Guide the evolution of our design system, maintaining consistency while allowing for innovation and speed
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and research to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile
• Turn complex financial workflows into simple, elegant interfaces that customers trust
• Drive research initiatives and ensure insights are translated into actionable design decisions
• Encourage experimentation with AI-powered tools to boost productivity, explore new solutions, and prototype rapidly
• Facilitate design reviews and create an environment of constructive feedback and continuous learning
