Squad Lead is a regional role that leads a cross‑functional team to deliver on business outcomes. This person is responsible for the squad vision, mission, targets, and metrics. The role works closely with enterprise line‑of‑business stakeholders and supporters in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing the team needs, refining priorities, and identifying opportunities to improve and innovate processes and work functions through process optimization.
Squad Lead primary focus is on achievement of financial KPIs for their designated squad which they ensure by supporting teams with day‑to‑day task alignment and coaching, customer escalations, and removing sales blockers. Squad Lead is the main interface between the squad and supporting teams. This person will ensure that the stakeholders are focused on enabling the squad towards success and are focused on delivering tasks or initiatives that enable the achievement of squad goals. Squad Lead owns the full target for the squad but is also expected to jump in and help to make sure the squad achieves those goals.
