Responsibilities

  • Build and implement core Revenue Operations processes, tools, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align the full revenue funnel — handoffs, KPIs, and data governance
  • Create dashboards, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive visibility and decision-making
  • Own our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), ensuring setup, integration, and adoption
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and quota-setting with leadership
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps team
  • Set up scalable onboarding, enablement, and change management processes in partnership with Enablement and People
  • Spot and solve bottlenecks across the revenue journey with urgency and structure
  • Work closely with CRO, GTM leads, and founders to evolve our revenue engine

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English is mandatory; Portuguese or Spanish Advanced is a huge plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support
  • Familiarity with the Latin America market and cultural nuances
