Responsibilities
- Build and implement core Revenue Operations processes, tools, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growth
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align the full revenue funnel — handoffs, KPIs, and data governance
- Create dashboards, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive visibility and decision-making
- Own our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), ensuring setup, integration, and adoption
- Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and quota-setting with leadership
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps team
- Set up scalable onboarding, enablement, and change management processes in partnership with Enablement and People
- Spot and solve bottlenecks across the revenue journey with urgency and structure
- Work closely with CRO, GTM leads, and founders to evolve our revenue engine
Qualifications
Fluent in English is mandatory; Portuguese or Spanish Advanced is a huge plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field5+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materialsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and supportFamiliarity with the Latin America market and cultural nuancesBenefits
