We are searching for the best talent for our Marketing Manager Depuy Synthes Southern Cluster. Reporting to the BU Director, you will be responsible for creating, communicating, and defining strategies and tactics based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of the Depuy Synthes marketing strategies based on market dynamics and voice of customer to achieve brand, market share, sales & contribution goals.
• Build long-term sales and market share forecasting models, pricing options based on forward thinking, sound research and credible scenarios.
• Serve as a strong business partner with sales, Planning and other functions to ensure tactical plans are aligned with strategic plans, including growth plans for ongoing portfolios.
• Develop NPI launch excellence plans that meet business goals including customer awareness, interest, evaluation and conversion; ensure strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across all stages of pre-launch, launch and post-launch to ensure excellence in execution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional groups to support brand and market development activities.

Qualifications

The candidate must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with overall business acumen. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities along the entire Cluster. Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds — big picture orientation with attention to detail. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel. Builds effective teams that work well across functions and groups.
