Our client is looking for a CRM Specialist ( User Experience Specialist) responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing in-app messages, push notifications, tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience for new and existing users.
Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience.
Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective tooltips, tours, and surveys.
Measure the effectiveness of tooltips, tours, and surveys and make improvements as needed.
Collaborate with the customer support team to answer user questions and feedback.
Requirements : S trong design, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in tooltips, tours, and survey implementation.
Experience in UX / UI design Experience in user research Experience in data analysis Knowledge of Chameleon, Customer.io , OneSignal or others CRM Sportbooks systems CRM oriented Understanding of the gaming industry Fluency in English Powered by JazzHR
