We are looking for a Senior Architecture Technology Consultant to lead the engineering organization transformation with innovative solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to design impactful changes and enhance our consulting services. Join us to contribute your expertise in driving innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support internal and external product engineering teams in enhancing cost efficiency, quality, and delivery speed
- Gather essential insights via formal and informal interviews, surveys, and analysis of system data
- Develop and promote collaborative solutions through various workshop formats
- Craft and tailor concise, clear messages for executives on implementing change
- Contribute to the consulting practice by creating new service offerings and refining methodologies
- Integrate AI and automation insights into consulting engagements
- Conduct domain research in engineering, operations, organizational design, architecture, data, and product management
- Prepare and present publications and talks both inside and outside the firm
- Engage in presales and sales efforts including responding to RFPs, attending executive meetings, preparing proposals, and developing statements of work
