Sales and marketing specialist - South America

We’re looking for a dynamic, positive, and organized  Sales & Marketing Team Member!

This is a  full-time, long-term opportunity  for a professional based in  South America  who is fluent in both  English and Spanish (native-level proficiency required) .

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages
• Build strong rapport with prospects and clients — with kindness and generosity
• Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns
• Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)
• Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks
• Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the box
• Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution
