Sales and marketing specialist - South America

We’re looking for a dynamic, positive, and organized Sales & Marketing Team Member!

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a professional based in South America who is fluent in both English and Spanish (native-level proficiency required).

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages
• Build strong rapport with prospects and clients — with kindness and generosity
• Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns
• Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)
• Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks
• Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the box
• Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution

Requirements

• Native-level Spanish and English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong writing skills for blog posts, email messages, and marketing content
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport — must be kind, energetic, and generous in conversation
• Familiarity with SEO and email marketing strategies
• Experience with Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles
• Comfortable using CRM tools, especially Monday.com
• Must be intelligent, a fast learner, and open to picking up new tools and skills
• Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” when solving problems or brainstorming campaigns
• Reliable internet and power connection — absolutely essential for call center and remote work
• Willingness to commit long-term — we're looking for a partner, not a short-term hire
