OverviewAt the moment we are looking for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join the New York home health agency. The role focuses on digital marketing performance, competitor analysis, and collaborating with third-party specialists for Google Ads and SEO. This role ensures data-driven strategies and campaign optimizations.You will enjoy the position if you know how to work with people, listen to their needs, coordinate their actions, and have decision-making and planning skills. We have a solid supportive team and a supervisor who has a reputation as a demanding, yet executive person.ResponsibilitiesManage and run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Track and analyze Google Ads performance, working with the third-party to refine campaigns. Research of keywords.Monitor SEO efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and suggesting adjustments when needed.Optimize and promote YouTube content (metadata, tags, paid ad, etc.). Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.Track digital marketing performance and generate digital monthly reports with insights and recommendations.QualificationsYour own computer and access to the internet.Spoken and written English language proficiency (Spanish and Russian languages will be an advantage). Computer skills (Gmail, Excel, CRM, working with files in different formats). Experience with analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
