We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead technical direction and oversee the migration of a hospitality loyalty platform to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
You will guide technology leadership at client organizations, supervise engineering teams, and ensure seamless transition from legacy Java-based systems to modern Salesforce configurations. Responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical architect within a Scrum team, steering the strategic vision and effective use of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud for large hospitality projects
- Architect solutions for stay processing, partner transactions, reimbursement flows, vouchers, promotions, APIs, and connections to legacy systems
- Leverage hands‑on Loyalty Cloud knowledge to influence architectural choices
- Direct implementation teams through planning, reviewing data structures, custom objects, and developers’ pull requests
- Foster strong partnerships with client Technology leadership to validate solutions across departments
- Align solutions with clients’ long‑term objectives and design a sustainable technology roadmap
Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce knowledge with over 9 years’ experience, exceeding typical platform expertise
- Advanced understanding of system integration, with experience in MuleSoft, Kafka, Apigee, and RESTful APIs
- Solid foundation in Java‑based applications to interpret legacy components
- Hands‑on leadership ability to review code, advise on technical estimations, and contribute to all levels of solution design
- Capacity to alternate between architectural vision and detailed technical design, including data models, workflows, and coding structures
- Consulting‑oriented mindset to identify business needs, technical limits, and complex ecosystems, delivering pragmatic scalable outcomes
- Proven execution focus to ensure solutions function effectively in production
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
