Role Overview Technical Geology Lead at Fleet Space Technologies. The role can be based in Chile, Saudi Arabia, United States, Canada or Australia with remote first working. Due to variable locations this can mean working hours different to a typical 9-5 environment. Responsibilities Geological Interpretation Understand client exploration objectives and define success criteria Work with Geolocal Client Manager – Project Management Geologist to develop customized exploration programs tailored to client needs Collaborate with clients to plan and execute exploration programs, ensuring the seamless integration of ExoSphere into their workflows Communicate with clients to understand the geological setting and local geology of the project area Work closely with geology, geophysics and machine learning teams to analyze and interpret multiphysics (ambient noise tomography, gravity, magnetotellurics, induced polarization, magnetics) model results and lead geological interpretations Lead the review and interpretation of survey results, subsurface models, and geological insights as an extension of the client's Geosciences team Present initial geological interpretation to clients and workshop findings to agree on a final interpretation Generation of technical reports inclusive of data analysis and geological interpretation Development of internal and external case studies and publications Customer Satisfaction & Technical Support Maintain ongoing client engagement, tracking KPIs and ensuring alignment with exploration goals Respond promptly to technical inquiries in real time as needed Troubleshoot challenges, proactively coordinating internal and external resources to resolve issues Ensure seamless integration of Fleet's technology into clients' existing workflows Work cross-functionally with Operations, Technical Support, Geophysics, Machine Learning and Sales teams to drive customer success and maximize ExoSphere's impact in mineral exploration Be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring all internal groups align to provide maximum value Customer Retention, Expansion & Growth Ensure high retention of clients through value-driven engagement Identify upsell and exploration expansion opportunities, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales to drive revenue growth Recognize potential risks that could impact exploration programs and take proactive action Capture and document lessons learned for continuous improvement of ExoSphere projects Key Skills & Required Experience Must have : Bachelor's or higher degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field. 5-10+ years of experience managing mineral exploration projects or managing clients in mining, mineral exploration, or geophysical surveys. Proven expertise in Geology and hands-on experience in exploration programs. Strong background in strategic account or project management within the mining or mineral exploration sector. Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Nice to have : Experience with ambient noise tomography, horizontal-to-vertical spectral ratio, magnetotellurics, and ground-based gravity is an asset. Proficient in a geological or geophysical modeling software. A curious mindset, with the ability to ask the right questions and drive meaningful discussions. Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to understand geophysical survey design parameters and leverage technology solutions for exploration challenges. Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of articulating complex data-driven insights. Passion for space, mineral exploration, and cutting-edge technology. Multilingual proficiency is an asset, English-Arabic or English-Spanish language proficiency required for some position locations.
