We are looking for a Lead Cloud Operations Engineer with 10+ years of diverse experience according to the requirements below, as well as proven Team Lead experience to be responsible for the company’s Cloud infrastructure, IT Security, and automation activities, that ensures that the infrastructure supports the information systems of the company.
As part of our team your responsibilities will be :
Cloud Infrastructure
Experience in Azure Cloud, planning, migrating, and managing solutions.Experience in Administering Azure Services : App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Virtual machines, Virtual Networks.Experience in Windows and Linux Server Systems running in Azure IaaS / PaaS environmentExperience in SDWAN technologyCloud Security
Proven knowledge of MCAS / DATP Alert handlingKnowledge and understanding of Zero Trust technologyExperience in Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor : Network, Application, Infrastructure.Excellent knowledge of Federated identity systems, Multi factor authentication (Azure MFA preferred), Microsoft AD Integration with Cloud Applications / Microsoft Azure Active Directory.Experience in SSO, SAML & PKIAutomation
Working knowledge of provisioning and managing Azure Infrastructure using automation – PowerShell, ARM templates, Azure BlueprintsArchitecting, developing, and deploying tools for monitoring, logging, and alertingExperience using Terraform to perform infrastructure as code a plusAbility to develop automation using Microsoft PowerShellYou’ll need to bring :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer ScienceOverall 10+ years of experience in Cloud Operations3+ years of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure & Office3653+ years of experience with detection and response of cyber security threatsAbility to develop automation using Microsoft PowerShellProven knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP, Backup and DR methodologies.Proven knowledge of Security – SAML SSO Authentication, VPN, Cloud App security, Defender ATPWe’d be thrilled to hear that you also have :
Ability to communicate well, facilitate and / or challenge decisions within or across teams leading to a collaborative outcome / planAbility to work independentlyKnowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methodsSystem administration, supporting multiple platforms and applicationsUnderstanding of ISO 27001 and NIST Cyber security frameworkUnderstanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Demand and Release Management)Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP or CISA are beneficialUnderstanding of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and GDPR requirementsMCSE and similar IT certificationsStrong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating / deploying solutions to end usersDomestic and international travel may be requiredOnsite support may be requiredAnd finally, here are the ways of working that will help you succeed at Signant :
