As part of the Global Merchant Operations team for Retail, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for merchants on the Uber platform. In this role, you will support merchants as they grow their businesses and provide a high‑quality delivery experience to customers.
You will collaborate closely with local operations and commercial teams around the world, as well as Retail leadership and product teams. You will analyze operational data and merchant‑facing products, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes, programs, and tools that empower merchants to succeed.
This role requires a balanced skill set that includes analytical thinking, problem‑solving, collaboration, and operational execution. The environment is fast‑paced and evolving, so this role is well suited for someone who is adaptable and able to manage both long‑term initiatives and short‑term improvements.
