ResponsibilitiesDeeply engage with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements, define product features in a fine-grained and technical approach to work closely with development teams to get those products in the hands of our merchants.Translate product's strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.Client Interaction and Support : Provide excellent client support, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.Support engineering team to solve deep technical problems, build innovative solutions, and to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met on time. Help define the e-commerce plugins product vision, roadmap, and strategy.Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate product development, releases, and performance tracking. Ensure that backlog and prioritization is aligned with the client pipeline and company strategy.Deeply engage with the engineering and QA team to ensure that development and automation testing are meeting the acceptance criteria.QualificationsTechnical understanding of payment behaviors such as AUTH, SALE, CAPTURE, VOID, REFUND, REVERSAL, 3DS, MCI, MSI.Detailed understanding of how different sorts of payments work (Credit cards, Bank-based, Pix) across LatAm e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador etc.Capability to read and understand API payment connectivity specifications and translate that into requirements for the engineering team.Technical in nature, with the capacity to understand JSON, Webhooks.Familiar with tools such as Google Sheets, JIRA.Understanding of Scrum and willing to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Understands and drives priorities.Advanced in English. +3 YOE working on integrating payments.What you will find when you join DEUNA?
