A Research Lead is responsible for managing projects from start of execution to completion. This includes independently managing client projects, leading the research team assigned to the project, analyzing the processes implemented, performing secondary and primary research, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and preparing reports containing meaningful insights for our clients.

Responsibilities details :

• Independently manage client projects
• Ensure quality at each step and on the final deliverable.
• Rapidly orient yourself and the project team on the client’s industry and business.
• Lead client communication. Be the main point of contact for a specific project.
• Manage clients’ expectations.
• Lead the research team assigned to the project.
• Manage project execution (e.g., time, staff, quality, etc.).
• Solve project‑related problems.
• Flag potential issues arising during project execution.
• Provide guidance to the researchers.
• Research skills to be utilized include : qualitative research methods, quantitative research methods, data collection through secondary research, data collection through primary research.
• Prepare reports containing meaningful insights for our clients.
• Analyze and synthesize the information to draw insights.
• Prepare executive level presentations.
• Create presentation of findings (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Word, webinar / in‑person presentations).
