OverviewWe are seeking a creative, data driven Digital Advertising & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy experimenting with creative campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and building compelling landing pages, this could be the role for you.ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across : Search Ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads)Email MarketingDevelop high-quality ad creatives (both static graphics and video ads) tailored to target audiences.Handle media buying, budget allocation, and performance optimization.Design and build landing pages that drive conversions.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for improvement.Collaborate with team members on new ideas, tools, and growth opportunities.QualificationsProven experience with Go High Level and Email marketing.Proven experience in digital marketing with social media, search ads, email, and / or telemarketing campaigns.Strong portfolio of ad creatives — static and video — showcasing successful campaigns.Experience in media buying and performance optimization.Skilled in building high-converting landing pages.A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a learning-focused team.Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.Nice to Have SkillsExperience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, AI tools, and / or WordPress.Knowledge of marketing automation workflows.Familiarity with lead generation funnels.Why Join Us?
