About the job:
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling assets that align with our brand and marketing goals across various digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketers, content creators, and other designers to bring ideas to life through high-impact visuals.
Responsibilities:
● Design digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, ads, and more.
● Create print materials such as packaging, flyers, business cards, and signage.
● Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
● Translate marketing goals into visually compelling designs.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content.
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Prepare files for production, export, and web use with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
● 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
● A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design styles and formats.
● Excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
● Ability to take direction, collaborate, and communicate clearly with team members.
● Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Design Tools
● Primary Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
● Additional Tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, Sketch
● Asset Management & Collaboration: Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Trello, Slack
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
● Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
● Experience with web design or UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for understanding how designs translate to web
● Photography, illustration, or video editing skills
