The main objective of this role is to analyze and process data effectively to provide key insights that support decision-making aligned with the strategies and requirements of the Credit Card Risk and Collections department.

Main responsibilities include :

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational data.
• Developing and generating insights for decision-making.
• Identifying needs, standards, and market best practices, participating in the development and continuous improvement of the area.
• Enhancing operational efficiency and report design.
• Developing advanced analytical models and automation solutions.
