Your expertise in AWS along with Kubernetes, Hashicorp Vault, and Consul will be essential in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our applications.You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our infrastructure and DevOps practices, and help us build scalable, secure, and reliable systems.Responsibilites : Design, implement, and manage infrastructure running Kubernetes in public and private cloud, maintain and support Hashicorp Vault, and ConsulDevelop and maintain robust infrastructure in AWS using Infrastructure As A Code. Develop automation scripts and tools for system provisioning, configuration management, and deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software development and deployment requirements, and provide technical guidance on infrastructure and DevOps best practicesContinuously monitor and analyze system performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance scalability, availability, and securityIdentify and resolve infrastructure issues, including performance bottlenecks, network connectivity problems, and security vulnerabilitiesEnsure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities by implementing backup, failover, and recovery mechanismsImplement and enforce security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability managementConduct regular system audits and maintain documentation of infrastructure, configurations, and proceduresStay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our infrastructure and DevOps processesRequirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a DevOps EngineerStrong expertise in Kubernetes, including deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applicationsExtensive knowledge of Hashicorp Vault and Consul, including managing secrets, access controls, and service discoveryProficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Bash, Python, or RubySolid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience with tools like Terraform or AnsibleExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudStrong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principlesFamiliarity with CI / CD pipelines and associated tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or CircleCIExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentNice to have : Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, Hashicorp products, or related technologiesExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or SplunkKnowledge of container orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm or Red Hat OpenShiftFamiliarity with microservices architecture and related technologies such as service meshes (e.g., Istio)Understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps principlesIDT Corporation is a general communications company founded in
