If you thrive on solving complex challenges at scale and have experience in DevOps / SRE practices and monitoring performance-critical applications, this role could be a great fit.This is a full-time remote role, with a preference for candidates based in European time zones.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust monitoring and alerting tools for mission-critical systemsAutomate production testing to ensure reliability and scalabilityProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and software issuesTrack, update, and drive resolution of technical problems across teamsSuggest and implement architectural enhancements and process improvementsResearch, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and vendor solutionsSafeguard critical systems by applying best-in-class security practices and solutionsRequirements5+ years of experience as a Node.js / JavaScript developer, ideally with a background in monitoring and supporting large-scale production systemsStrong knowledge of REST API design and WebSocketsHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPSolid understanding of distributed systems at scaleProficiency working in a Linux environmentExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and logicallyOptionalFamiliarity with tools such as Docker, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.Experience working with time-series databasesUnderstanding of low-level programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Rust)Previous contributions to open-source projectsWhy Binance
