We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our organization.
In this role, you will help shape marketing analytics strategies and support data-driven initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a talented team and have the chance to influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and rollout of data science projects focused on marketing topics like predicting customer churn, segmenting audiences, and modeling customer lifetime value
- Cleanse, restructure, and examine large volumes of data from multiple platforms to support modeling and campaign analysis
- Build, test, and refine machine learning algorithms using Python or R, and partner with engineering to deploy models into live environments
- Create experimental designs and measurement plans to assess marketing campaign results and model performance
- Present complex data findings and technical details in a way that is actionable for marketing teams
- Help enhance AI and machine learning capabilities within the marketing analytics group
- Keep thorough records of modeling processes, assumptions, and performance indicators
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial IntelligenceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a data science or analytics positionStrong command of Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learningSolid grasp of supervised learning approaches, including classification, regression, feature creation, and model assessmentSkilled in writing advanced SQL queries to handle and process large datasetsPractical experience with experimental methods like A / B testing and uplift analysisStrong communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAble to work independently in a fast-paced setting and juggle multiple assignmentsProficient in English, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higherNice to have
Experience with marketing analytics, paid media performance, or modeling user behaviorKnowledge of AI technologies such as large language models, recommendation engines, or generative AIFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and version control tools such as GitPrevious involvement in the gaming, media, or entertainment industriesWe offer
