This role involves proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top sales candidates for our clients. The idóneo candidate will have experience sourcing for sales roles, preferably in a staffing or recruiting agency environment and a proven track record of delivering high outreach volumes daily.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage tech sales talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.Send

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client needs.Collaborate with the operations team to align sourcing efforts with client requirements.Track sourcing metrics and report progress regularly.QualificationsExperience in high-volume sourcing for sales or SDR roles (staffing / recruiting agency background preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and meet aggressive outreach targets.Comfortable working in or close to Eastern Standard TimeSales / SDR background is a plus.Time zone & Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (flexibility to start a bit later too).
